We’ve enhanced the DR forms with the new Feedback feature, designed to make communication with your Reporters smoother than ever. Now, you can connect with Reporters in real-time, directly through the platform, without the need for external systems.

How It Works:

Using the Resolution feature within a case, simply post your response, and the Reporter will be notified instantly. They can access your feedback and respond through the DR Portal, making collaboration fast and effective.
