Disclosure Report Form Configurations

Recently, we have implemented a few additional customizable options geared explicitly to enhance Disclosure Forms, further expanding the form's capabilities and flexibility so that you can format it to meet your desired criteria more closely. But these aren't it; expect to see more improvements added with the upcoming releases

What's new:

• On each Form, you can allow or disallow participants to add Related Members/Relationships as part of their submission. This allows your participants to conveniently include information pertaining to relations within the organization where appropriate. The named members on the Form can be viewed from within the submitted Case in MyCM.

• Each form is now equipped to have its own unique follow-up message upon a form submission. We have moved away from the system-generated generic message and have created the opportunity for you to personalize the content within this communication to better meet your organizational needs.
