Case Status Automation
We're thrilled to announce the upcoming release of our new Case Status Automation feature! This game-changing addition lets customers configure rules based on specific criteria and automatically set the Status of a case according to those defined conditions.
How It Works:
Imagine you have a set of conditions that, when met, will automatically set the Case Status to "Closed" (or your desired Status) without any manual intervention. It's that simple!

Routes cases automatically based on the set conditions.
Streamlines the user workflow and interaction with each case.

Document Description
This enhancement to document management allows users to add brief descriptions to documents attached to a case. These descriptions provide a quick overview, helping users identify the content of a document at a glance and reducing the need to open each one. This feature improves efficiency by making it easier to navigate and manage case-related documents.
Enhanced Admin Features:
Location Bulk Update
The Location Bulk Update feature lets you manage multiple location details simultaneously, saving you time and reducing repetitive tasks. This update simplifies handling administrative changes globally by allowing you to manage issue types and location hierarchy in one go, minimizing admin overhead and boosting efficiency.
Case Bulk Update
The latest enhancements to the Case Bulk Update feature enable you to make changes across a large volume of cases efficiently. You can now add Case Managers and replace categories in bulk, significantly speeding up transactions and reducing administrative effort. This enhancement is designed to streamline your workflow and ensure consistent case management across your organization.
A Dash of Color: Refreshing Our MCR and DR Landing Pages!
We have added a vibrant new look for the MCR and DR landing pages! While the functionality remains the same, we've added a splash of color to refresh the appearance of each site. These cosmetic updates are designed to enhance your browsing experience without altering the way the sites operate.
