🚀 End of the year Release: Category & Reporting Enhancements + Automation Improvements
Category & Sub-Category Interface Enhancements
We’ve enhanced Category and Sub-Category configuration to support a more intuitive, hierarchical experience, both visually and functionally.
With this update, categories can now be displayed and selected in a clearer parent-child structure, making it easier to apply consistent classification while enabling greater granularity for reporting and analysis.
Who gets this automatically?
Customers who:
Are fully migrated off the legacy UI
Are using Case Overview
Are already leveraging Master Category configuration
…will be automatically rolled into this update

ecoReports Enhancements for Categories & Sub-Categories
To support the new category structure, we’ve also introduced several ecoReports improvements.
You’ll now notice:
New Category and Sub-Category columns available in report tables
Enhanced data table settings for better control and filtering
Visual refinements when adjusting filters and column selections
These enhancements make it easier to break down case details, analyze trends, and get to insights faster, all while improving overall usability of report tables.
New Automation: Auto-Assign Investigators
As part of our continued investment in automation, we’re introducing the ability to automatically assign investigators to investigations based on defined criteria.
This feature reduces manual effort by allowing the system to handle assignments automatically, helping ensure consistency, accuracy, and faster case progression.
What this enables
Automatic investigator assignment based on your rules
Reduced manual review and administrative overhead
Improved data integrity and workflow efficiency
While this feature is still in its early stages, it already delivers meaningful time savings and scalability benefits.
