Communications Hub

With the upcoming release, all case communication, emails, reporter updates (formerly known as Resolutions), and comments are moving to a single, dedicated tab on the case overview page.

The case detail page is reorganized into two primary tabs: Overview and Communications. Overview remains your default landing view, all existing sections (General, Reporter, Questions, Subjects, Documents, Activity Log, and more) are fully intact. Communications is a new dedicated tab that brings every communication type into one organized place.

Inside the Communications tab, you'll find three sub-tabs covering every communication type associated with a case:

  • Emails- All inbound and outbound case emails

  • Reporter Updates- All reporter-facing updates and status actions (previously called Resolutions)

  • Comments- Internal team comments and @mention collaboration

Stay connected without leaving the case

Any composition action, new email, reporter update, or comment opens a slide-in panel from the right side of the screen. The case remains fully visible behind the slide-in panel, giving you the ability to maintain a consistent view and access to case data at a glance.

Centralizing case-related communication

All emails, reporter updates, and comments are now consolidated at the original parent ending in (-01) case only. Follow-up cases will not have a Communications tab. This gives you a single, complete communication record per case, eliminating the need to piece together history across multiple records.

Upgraded MyCM: A Fundamentally Better Way to Work Cases

Mandatory Migration Deadline: June 2026

Over the past year, we've rebuilt the MyCM experience from the ground up, and the difference is significant. The centerpiece is the new Case Overview: a single, scrollable page that surfaces everything about a case in one place, replacing the fragmented tabbed view that made context-switching unavoidable.

But the interface upgrade is just the start. The new MyCM comes loaded with capabilities that change how your team works day to day:

  • Consolidated Follow-Up View — Follow-ups now roll up directly to the originating case. The full thread, always in context, without jumping between records.

  • Upgraded Dashboard — A redesigned home base that surfaces the insights your team needs the moment they log in.

  • Form Builder (Beta) — Build dynamic, flexible disclosure forms tailored to your organization's needs, directly within the platform.

  • Investigation Approvals — Structured review and sign-off for investigations, so every case closes with consistency, accountability, and a clear audit trail.

Migration is your choice now and becomes mandatory for everyone in June 2026. The good news is that there's no technical work on your end. Our Support Experts manage the entire transition.

The sooner you move, the sooner your team starts working in a fundamentally better product. Reach out to Support to make the switch today.

Manager Approvals: The Right Person Reviews First

Compliance queues shouldn't be the first stop for every employee disclosure. With Manager Approvals, disclosures are routed to the manager first, the person with the most context to assess, act, or escalate appropriately.

This feature provides Managers with meaningful visibility into their team's compliance activity, creating breathing room for Compliance teams to focus on the issues that genuinely need their expertise. As a result, your organization gets a faster, more transparent path from disclosure to resolution.

This feature is seamlessly integrated with Ethico's Disclosure Program. Your CSM can walk you through rollout and help you tailor the workflow to fit your organization.

MFA Enforcement: Stronger Security, On Your Timeline

Deadline: End of Q3

Protecting access to sensitive compliance data is something we take seriously — and we're tightening things up across the board. All accounts will be secured with either SSO or MFA before Q3 closes.

SSO remains a fully supported path for organizations with existing identity management. For everyone else, MFA enforcement is coming, and getting it configured now means the transition happens on your schedule, not ours. Your CSM handles the implementation end-to-end,
