Case Owner Workload
The Case Owner Workload widget provides real-time visibility into caseload distribution, ensuring a balanced workload across the team. It allows for more effective distribution of cases, ensuring timely engagement and preventing any case from falling through the cracks.
Unread Messages Widget
Stay up to date with new communications! The Unread Messages widget highlights cases with new messages, allowing users to easily navigate to the case and retrieve the latest correspondence without wasting time searching.Missed & Overdue Deadlines
The dashboard includes widgets that spotlight missed and overdue deadlines, helping users stay on top of key milestones. This ensures proactive management and timely resolution of tasks.Bulk Sync
