This shift is more than just a change in terminology; it reflects our commitment to inclusivity and adaptability in serving a growing and diverse user base.

As our user base grows, encompassing various industries and sectors, we recognize the need for a more universally applicable term that resonates across different contexts. With that mindset, we have determined that "Case" embodies a more inclusive and versatile term that speaks to a broader audience, acknowledging the diverse range of challenges and scenarios our users leverage our systems to address.

What to Expect:

Rest assured, this transition from "Issue" to "Case" is designed to be seamless, ensuring minimal impact on your day-to-day activities. To kickstart this initiative, we've adjusted some common views and labels. Your daily workflow remains unaffected as we progressively implement the terminology change over time.

Optimized ECO Report Library:
Enhanced Disclosure Form and Investigation Reporting

As we aim to become the most user-concentric, data-driven Risk Management tool within the Ethics and Compliance industry, we are committed to making ongoing enhancements that bring incremental but substantial value to our platform. ECO Reports has significantly enhanced reportability within the application, and we are excited to unveil the next series of improvements. With this release, you can expect access to an additional three new reports, Case Status, Investigation Status, and Investigation Validity.

Verbiage customization used in MCR for Anonymous Reporter

We have recently added the capability to customize the verbiage used in MCR tailored for anonymous reporters. This customizable setting enables you to personalize the default message, encouraging anonymous users to share their email addresses for purposes of enhancing the communication channels. This customization empowers your organization to shape the content in MCR, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with your unique needs.

How it Works:

To update the current verbiage used on your MCR form, send your desired content to Support@ethico.com, and an expert from our Support Team will make the adjustments for you.
