The latest updates to the email feature introduce enhanced functionality for initiating outgoing messages from a Case. The addition of separate To and CC fields significantly improves email flexibility by clearly delineating primary recipients from those who are being copied on the message. This distinction optimizes communication efficiency by ensuring that recipients understand their level of involvement and responsibility in the communication chain.
