New enhancements coming your way! We’re introducing a fresh set of configuration enhancements that give you greater flexibility to tailor your account. Whether you’re setting permissions across different user groups or refining the way automated messages are distributed, these updates put you in control and help ensure your account works the way you need it to.

Export Case Communication
When you need a complete case record, context matters. You can now include Case Communication messages when printing case details, capturing the full conversation history alongside other case information. This enhancement makes it easier to maintain comprehensive records for audits, share case information internally, or retain communication details for long-term reference.

Configure Email Shortcut Links by Group
Recall the blue shortcut links positioned above the case email message box, typically used to quickly insert case details or ad-hoc templates; access to them can now be set at the group level. This allows you to fine-tune access so the right teams can use these quick tools while reducing exposure for those who don’t need them. It’s a simple way to balance convenience with security.

Customize MCR Reporter Notifications
The automated email reporters receive after submitting an MCR can now be personalized with your own message. This allows you to reinforce your organization’s voice, align with branding, or provide specific next-step instructions. To update the messaging, simply share your desired wording with your CSM, and we’ll make it happen.
