Field Conditions
Field Conditions are a great way to ensure your users address Cases appropriately meeting quality standards throughout the time they are overseeing and investigating Cases assigned to them.
Currently, the system allows you to mark certain fields as required forcing the user to have to enter a value in order to be able to save their progress on the case. Field Condition behaviors are a bit different, they are to guide the user through the Case based on pre-defined criteria set by the Profile Admins.
Take the following scenario for example:
The Investigation Validity is typically a field where the value for it is determined once an investigation has been completed. Using Field Conditions, you can create a rule where it directs the user to select a value for Investigation Validity should they attempt to set the Case Status to Closed without having entered a value for this field.
Keep in mind this feature is extremely flexible and can be used to create rules that help guide your users through their cases when certain criteria are met. Profile admins have the ability to add rules as they see fit, but also our devoted Support team is always here to help guide you through as you make modifications to your profile.

You may have noticed that this release is light on new features! That's okay, much of our work over this recent period has been focused on improving the performance of the platform, giving some enhancement to profile administration, and making some workflow improvements to our internal intake process. These are all things you and other General users will benefit from, but are not represented on our release notes.
