Form Name Column:

To streamline your interaction with the Issue List we have recently added a new optional column called "Form Name". This column will display the different types of Survey Forms created for specifically Issue Type 5 to help users group and categorize their issue list per Form. This also allows users to filter issues by Form Name to identify which form was completed for a case directly from their issue list!

Form Name Header:

While we have enhanced user interaction with the application by adding the Form Name column, we've also taken this one step further and incorporated the unique form name to the print version as well, so that as you share reports with others outside of MyCM they too have an indication of what Form they are reviewing.

This also help users to keep their printed cases organized and makes it easier to track the type of forms that are being used in cases.

Recent Bug fixes and Improvements:

• Fixed issue preventing users from setting filters using the pencil icon in the issue list view.
