      Enhanced Performance

      Overall application performance and health has been a top priority item on our agenda. Our team has been hard at work to improve performance behind the scenes while also providing you with additional options to help improve your experience while using the application.

      While we have made a number of changes to our technology behind the scenes, we have also implemented our "Enhanced Performance" feature available to all users from within the application. This feature will allow the Admins to determine the number of months for the system to look-back into and load on the issue list. Currently, the issue list looks at all issues associated with your account. When turned ON, this feature will allow you to tell the application how far to look-back, and by limiting the time period e.g. 24 months, you'll see a noticeable decrease in load time when navigating within the application.

      Do not be alarmed; limiting the issue list to show only the specified range does not mean that you will lose access to cases that fall beyond that range. This is simply applying a global filter to your profile to help with your application load time. You will continue to have access to all of your cases for all time without any restrictions. Once made accessible, your users will notice a toggle on top of their issue list where they will have the option to turn On or Off as desired. Please note, only the Profile Admins may edit the range for this setting.

      If you need to inquire and learn more about this feature before implementing it, our Support team will be able to answer your questions. If you'd like to try this on your own, please refer to the instructions below:

      • Accounts > Account Profile > Settings > Enhance Performance

        • Set By: Profile Admin

        • Default: Disabled

          • When enabled, the filter is automatically populated with 24 months, while giving you the option to change to your desired preference


      Keyword Scan

      We have extended this feature to our end-users to highlight (no pun intended) sensitive keywords mentioned in a case. These keywords are a series of names/actions/behaviors that you have identified as sensitive and have directives in place so that they are handled in a specific manner. By highlighting these keywords on the Summary tab, we hope that you're able to easily identify and collect key information from the case so that you're able to process the case more efficiently.

      If you haven't already, work with your CL Support team to identify keywords that are important and relevant to your organization and to set in place relevant directives to guide anyone interacting with the case for better results.

      Shortcut Text Templates

      Shortcut text templates have been further enhanced to streamline user interaction with their cases. This can be used to configure text templates that are easily accessible from the text toolbar placed throughout various textboxes found when viewing cases where notes are documented. Using premade text templates will help users work more efficiently while avoiding redundancy. Admin users have the ability to load and organize text templates from the Account Profile dashboard.

      Custom Email Templates

      This feature has been in place for some time but we've given it some love and enhanced it so that it's easier for the users to interact with and take advantage of. The latest enhancements to the custom email templates allow users to search for and easily locate templates that are relevant to the case they are actively working on. This brings much-needed efficiency to the process and helps guide the user to what they need more quickly and in an organized fashion.
