Bidirectional Messaging Unleashed! Send and receive messages directly within MyCM

We are thrilled to unveil a game-changing enhancement that will revolutionize how you connect, communicate, and collaborate with Reporters, Case Managers, and every essential player in a Case like never before.

      Introducing Case Communication:

This feature's core focus is removing your dependency on external communication tools so that you can effortlessly exchange updates, ideas, and investigation findings with Reporters, colleagues, and other collaborators directly within MyCM. With Case Communication, rest assured that confidential exchanges and sensitive information are safely secured within the application.

      What to expect:

As a result of this enhancement, we have rebranded and repurposed an existing feature, formally known as "Email Log".  Those with access to the "Email Log" tab will now be presented with the "Communications" tab when viewing a case.  The functionality remains the same, giving you visibility and access to all outgoing messages.

      How to get started?

To take advantage of bidirectional messaging on your account, reach out to our most enthused Account Management team, who will provide you with additional information to help you make a decision that best suits your organization.

Single Sign-On Enhancements- User provisioning simplified

Through continued development, we have substantially enhanced the Single Sign-On capabilities. The system can now not only facilitate Single Sign-On for existing users but also autonomously generate new user accounts for first-time users while seamlessly granting access to the appropriate User Groups. This enhancement has removed the necessity of manually adding users while using SSO.

      What to expect:

For existing accounts already enrolled in SSO, connect with the Account Management team to add this feature to your SSO package. Once your organization's AD Admin establishes the Groups similar to those in MyCM the rest of the work is handled by the system. Note that if the Groups in MyCM are not replicated within your organization's AD, new users to MyCM will have to be added manually.

      How to get started?

For Customers eager to learn more about SSO and user-provisioning capabilities, contact Account Management for additional information.

Here are some benefits to consider to help you make an informed decision:

      • Improved Security- Significantly reduces the risk of stolen passwords

      • Increased Productivity- Less time spent on lost/forgotten passwords

      • User Provisioning- Automates user management

      Major Bug Fix Announcement:

Due to recent disruptions in email notification deliveries, we have upgraded our email service provider to resolve these issues. With this upgrade, all email notifications will now be delivered as usual.
