Introducing ECO Reports

We are excited to introduce the latest upgrade to reporting capabilities in MyCM, which we're labeling ECO Reports. With enhanced flexibility, real-time analytics, and a seamless experience for creating reports, the ECO Reports platform will quickly become your best source for data and insights. One of the standout features is the inclusion of cutting-edge charts that update in real-time as the report's parameters and filters are modified.

ECO Reports offers a comprehensive set of flexible features that aim to enhance the overall reporting experience for users. By eliminating redundant and historically manual tasks, streamlining workflows, and automating processes, users can now enjoy a more efficient and modernized approach to reporting.

Brief Summary:

The first release of ECO Reports is populated with a curated library of pre-defined reports for the most common reporting scenarios (reporting issues by category, location, severity, etc.), while also providing you with the flexibility to create and save additional iterations based on custom filters and dates.

We have considered and integrated various shortcuts and user-friendly tools so that you can minimize the time spent on constructing visually appealing reports, allowing you to allocate your time and energy to more significant tasks and priorities.

Confidential Reporter Email

We are pleased to announce that with further development, the masking of email addresses for Anonymous Reporters is ready for use and secure across all use cases. This enhancement ensures the protection of reporters' anonymity throughout the platform while providing case managers with an alternative method to provide and request follow up from Anonymous Reporters via email, without revealing the confidentially entered email address.

If a case has an email address provided by an Anonymous Reporter, clicking the "Send Email" button will open the "Send Email" modal. In this modal, the email address provided by the Anonymous Reporter will be masked to prevent the exposure of the reporter's actual email address. This added layer of security ensures that the reporter's identity remains confidential throughout the process.

MyCM Mobile

Due to popular demand, we have improved the MyCM mobile experience by enhancing the view and usability when accessing a case directly from a linked email notification on a mobile device on three core pages: General, Reporter and Summary tabs. This update ensures a seamless and user-friendly interaction for users on-the-go, and is largely read-only to allow you to check and review while away from your desk. Currently, we are making the Addendum field editable for your notes upon review, and later upgrades will allow a more comprehensive set of view, edit, and action abilities available while on mobile.

Password Reset Access Code: Process Improvement

We have further enhanced user interaction with the application for resetting passwords. With this change, when an access code has already expired, the user can generate a new one on demand and try again.
