We will be releasing some eagerly awaited features very soon. Here is a sneak peek at some of the upcoming features that are currently in the final stages of development.

Inbound Case Messaging:

To improve user interaction with MyCM and reduce reliance on external tools, users will soon be able to receive messages and append them to a specific case via email. This eliminates the need to copy emails into your case and simplifies your info aggregation.

Campaign Management:

This feature will be implemented in multiple phases, and we are currently in the second phase. In this upcoming release, users will be able to create, schedule, and distribute Disclosure Reports (e.g., COI) campaigns throughout their organization. In addition, we have prioritized the ability to track respondents and send automated notifications to help our valued users reach more people and achieve their campaign goals.
