We’re thrilled to announce the beta launch of our latest feature, known as the Policy Review Tool. Designed with convenience and efficiency in mind, this tool places your organization’s policies right within your reach, allowing you to access critical information within the Case Management system as you review cases and conduct investigations. We’re inviting early adopters to join us in shaping this tool into a pivotal asset for optimizing workflows and enhancing investigative efficiency. As one of our exclusive beta users, you’ll not only get early access but also have the unique opportunity to influence the future of the Policy Review Tool, and to show our appreciation, we’ve prepared a special incentive for those who join us on this journey!
How It Works:
If you’re ready to take part in this exciting beta, simply connect with your Client Success Representative at customersuccess@ethico.com. Here’s what happens next:
Provide Your Policies
– Send us the policies you’d like to store within the app. Our team will manage the entire setup, so you can stay focused on what matters most.
ecoBot Configuration
– Leave the rest to us! Once we receive your policies, we’ll integrate them into your profile and train ecoBot to deliver accurate, context-specific responses, tailored to your needs.
Go Live!
– When the setup is complete, we’ll notify you. Upon your next login, you’ll see ecoBot’s chat bubble on your dashboard, ready to assist with quick policy retrieval at your fingertips.
The entire setup is on us—all we need is participants to engage with this tool and help shape the future of Policy Review.
New Additions to the ecoReport Library
We’re excited to announce the expansion of the ecoReport Library! With three new insightful reports, this enhancement provides key metrics to help your teams make data-driven decisions and streamline operations.
Here’s a closer look at each of the new reports:
Average Days Open 
This powerful three-in-one report provides insight into the average number of days it takes to close cases by Category, Reporter Type, and Case Type. By highlighting the areas where cases tend to stay open longer, this report supports your team in identifying bottlenecks and making targeted process improvements to expedite case resolutions.
Case by Owner 
Get a clear view of case assignments across your team with the Case by Owner report. This report allows you to see how many cases each team member is handling, empowering you to make data-driven decisions around case distribution. Leverage this report to balance workloads and maximize team productivity.
CAP by Status 
If your team is utilizing our Corrective Action Plan (CAP) feature, this report is essential. The CAP by Status report provides a real-time snapshot of active CAPs within your cases, giving you immediate insight into their current state. This visibility allows you to track CAP progress more effectively, ensuring that corrective actions are on track and prioritized.

Existing Subscribers:
Upon login to the application, select your name on the upper left-hand corner > Click into ecoReports tab > Select your desired report(s) from Available Reports and move to Selected Reports
New Subscribers:
